We will require exact numbers for each choice and a detailed table plan highlighting the menu choices on each table.

- Soup Poached Cauliflower Soup topped with roasted chestnuts
- Beetroot Gravadlax Salmon cured in beetroot served with pickled samphire & salmon pearls
- Chicken Parfait Smooth chicken parfait with a redcurrant & cranberry coulis, melba toast
Main Courses
- Roast Turkey & Chipolata Roasted Turkey with stuffing, carrot & swede mash, steamed sprouts, crispy parsnips, roasted potatoes & turkey gravy
- Roasted Chalk Stream Trout & Almonds Pan roasted trout, puy lentils, baby peas, & carrots with a toasted almond hollandaise sauce
- Roasted Duck Breast Roasted duck breast, with carrot & swede mash, steamed sprouts, roasted parsnips and roasted potatoes, caramelised orange& redcurrant jus.
