Sun, 23 August 2026 - Sun, 22 November 2026
Step into the heart of Scottish tradition with A Flavour of Scotland, an unforgettable cultural evening hosted at The Scotsman Hotel in the centre of Edinburgh’s historic Old Town.
Your evening begins with a warm Scottish welcome and a celebratory dram of Fettercairn 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky or a Glass of Sparkling Fizz on arrival.
Be greeted by the stirring sound of a traditional Highland piper, setting the tone for an authentic celebration of Scotland’s rich heritage.
Guests will enjoy a four-course curated Scottish menu, carefully crafted by our chefs to showcase the finest seasonal ingredients and classic flavours of Scotland.
A highlight of the evening is the theatrical Address to the Haggis, a beloved Scottish tradition immortalised by Robert Burns, bringing humour, poetry, and a touch of ceremony to the dining experience.
As the evening unfolds, our lively ceilidh band will invite you to the dance floor to take part in traditional ceilidh dancing – a joyful and interactive way to experience Scotland’s music and culture.
Celebrate the spirit, flavour, and music of Scotland in an evening filled with tradition, storytelling, fine food, and Highland hospitality.
