The Museum Explorer Passport is back for 2017! Both the Collection and the Swiss Garden are really excited to be part of this engaging initiative.

This summer, take a family journey through the rich and exciting history of Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire with a free Museum Explorer Passport. Collect yours from a participating local museum and begin your expedition through time, taking in Roman Britain, natural history and the rapid rise of the industrial age.

Each passport has a series of challenges for you to complete, which contribute towards an Arts Award Discover qualification and an official certificate.

One of the challenges is to take part in a craft activity, so every Tuesday during the Summer holidays there will be supervised craft activities available at either the Collection or the Swiss Garden.
