Their Best of British course is taught by on of their classically trained chefs and includes a choice of themes such as budding masterchef, best of British meat or dinner parties, tips and tricks. During the masterchef course learn basic butchery and knife skills, the dinner parties lesson teaches how to successfully cater for larger dinner parties without the last minute stress.
