Begin with breakfast and then enteri the micro-brewery for a technical talk with resident head brewer. Learn the different stages of beer making before getting properly involved. Try mashing in, boiling, adding hops and yeast and all the bits and bobs that make up a truly special brew. After the hard work, tuck in to a well-deserved pub lunch, accompanied by some of the brewhouse's best beers (including an oatmeal stout tribute to Poole's spymaster, John Le Carre).
