This includes full involvement from 'cutting' the curds and whey to loading the moulds. Return to Denbies for a delicious, three-course hot lunch, then be invited to try a selection of the estate award-winning wines. The rest of the day is spent within the working winery, with a wine expert who offers valued instruction on the blending of wine and will talk about different wine styles
