Then follow a glass of champagne with a two-course lunch at Restaurant Anise. Next, esteemed head chef Tim Hamer offers a two and half hour cookery demonstration. Tim started his career at the Grosvenor House hotel (previously known as Le Meridien Grosvenor House) and has several years' experience working at top level.
