Set sail for the open seas with an adventurous deep sea fishing experience in Cardiff. Meet a seasoned instructor for a chat to assess fishing ability (although newcomers are very welcome) before boarding a 30 foot fishing vessel. Spend 30 - 40 minutes travelling into the Bristol Channel and once in a prime fishing spot, prepare the bait and cast out lines to try and catch some impressive fish, with tuition from the on board fishing expert. The exact catch varies according to season but in winter, cod, whiting and blonde rays are potentially available and in summer dogfish, conger eel, bass and spur dogs all swim in local waters. Tea and coffee is provided and anything caught can be filleted and taken home to enjoy with friends and family
