Learn all about the art of falconry on a full day at the falconry centre, finding out all about the birds. Start with a tour, meet eagles, Harris hawks, falcons and owls and learn what is what. Then get expert tuition in the art of falconry, with time to handle the birds so that you get comfortable with them and they can get comfortable with you. Depending on the time of year: during the game season from September to February, take the birds out into the hills hunting for live quarry. Between March and August, go for a 'hawk walk' with the birds, flying them but not hunting (you can always choose this option in the hunting season if you'd rather not hunt). Lunch is included
