Frolic Polo Club Corporate Days

The Frolic Polo Club can tailor corporate events to suit private or company business, from full participating days to informal Asado’s whilst watching an exciting professional match. Situated halfway between Cambridge and Newmarket, Frolic facilities are proving very popular with local businesses and offers excellent value for money.

A typical full corporate day would consist of the following:

• 10am- Coffee, introduction, basic rules.


• 11am- Mini Sticks, mounting of ponies.


• Noon- Lesson in arena.


• Lunch.


• 2pm - Small match to standard of ability.


• 3.30pm - Tea, debrief, questions and answers.


• Asado and viewing of professional match.

Companies who value team building events will thoroughly enjoy this challenge, group sizes can range from 4-12 and any age within reason and health.

Another popular event is to sponsor professional teams and delight the office/business associates, friends etc for the day. A traditional Argentinian Asado can be arranged or if you prefer outside catering, we have the facilities to accommodate all, ideas and requirements.

Learning to play Polo at Frolic Polo Club

The game of Polo is very addictive, come along and have ago, but be warned, you’ll be back time and again!

Instruction

If you are a beginner or require a refresher lesson Frolic Polo club can meet your needs. We have a fully HPA qualified polo instructor in Fabio Lavinia and riding instructor in Louise Wright. Lessons are tailored to the individual and start from £50/hr including pony, tack and equipment.

Pony Hire

Ponies can be hired for chukkas or tournament weekends on a first come basis. Due to a high interest we will be introducing lessons to children from this coming season. Ponies can be provided or if you have a non-flappable pony you can bring it along, you’ll be surprised how much they adapt and enjoy the game.
