The school was born out of a passion for food and dining and is a fun and relaxed setting to learn new cookery skills and embrace a passion for food. The school's tutors include a plethora of award-winning chefs, experts and producers. Start the day with a short introduction and a cup of tea or coffee before starting cooking. Choose from a range of classes including Around the World, Baking and Sweet Things and Entertaining. In the morning cook a dish from the course to be eaten at lunchtime, and then more in the afternoon. Leave with all the recipes and the apron from the class at the end of the day
