Head to The Gin School and discover the botanicals used to create each unique gin! Begin the day with a welcome coffee at the school followed by an introduction to the course from a professional gin distiller. Relax with a gin and tonic before discovering the processes involved in making gin. After learning how to make it, it's your turn to play with botanicals and create and distil your own unique gin! As gin distilling can be a strenuous process, stop for a leisurely lunch before enjoying a tour around the school's very own still called Victory.
