Joseph's Amazing Camels is the only company in the UK specialising in camels. Started in 2000 by Joseph and Rebecca Fossett JAC has the highest standards of training and animal welfare.

We provide camel racing, camel polo, camel rides, camel trekking, the Three Kings and their Camels at Christmas, film ,TV, stage and photo shoots, promotions, corporate entertainment, team building, weddings, parties and camels for all occasions. We also do pig racing.

We train our staff ourselves and they all have experience with the camels. We hold Public Liability Insurance of £5,000,000, which can be increased if needed. We have the correct Dangerous Wild Animals licence for taking the camels out and we have Performing Animal Licences.



Joseph's Amazing Racing Camels

Camel racing is a huge sport in the Middle East and is becoming increasingly popular in the West. JAC has been thrilling audiences around Britain since 2000. From Cheltenham Racecourse to the Royal Cornwall Show to the Ballymena Steam Rally, these camels have been there and done that. The camels and the jockeys, specially trained by us, wear fantastically colourful outfits in Arab style to add pzazz to your event. As well as racing, the camels are on display all day so the public can meet these splendid animals and learn more about them.

Camel Polo

Teams of two camels Red v Blue with players with extra long sticks and a bigger ball will battle it out in the arena. There will be a commentary designed to bring out the humour and the skill of the game, and the referee on the pitch will be keeping the ball and the camels going in the right direction. In between the two ten minutes chukkas, the crowd will be invited into the arena to stamp in the divots just like a real Polo match. There will be a short cup giving ceremony at the end of the match for the winning team.

Camel Rides

Camel rides are proving to be very popular for parties and promotions. We use four camels, two are giving rides while two are at rest and on display. This ensures our camels are fresh and can provide rides for the duration of your event.

Joseph's Amazing Racing Pigs

Six rare breed pigs, ranging from Tamworths to Gloucester Old Spots to Saddlebacks to Berkshires to Oxford sandy and blacks, will fill your arena with their amusing antics. The handlers in country style outfits encourage them down the track by shaking a bucket of food and the pigs hurl themselves over the hurdles in their rush to be the first to the bucket ! This is arena entertainment at its best and if you don't have an arena we can set up on grass anywhere.

3 Kings

Imagine the excitement of having a living Nativity at your Christmas event. The Three Kings and their Camels will lead a magnificent procession and then be on display The Camels are led by Shepherds and ridden by Kings bearing their gifts.

Camel Trekking

Come camel trekking in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside. We cater for individuals and groups of up to 16 people, corporate or private and can organize a special occasion around a trek. 

TV & Film

Our camels have featured in many TV and Films including Nativity, Location Location Location, Relocation, Country File, Country Tracks and many news items. Our camels have also been used for specialist Motion Capture Projects.

Weddings & Parties

Bring a novel twist to your party or wedding by having some amazing camels there. They are a great talking point and bring alive an Arabian, Moroccan or Casa Blanca theme particularly if you have genuine Bedouin tents as well. We can do camel racing, camel polo or camel rides to keep your guests amused and your party or wedding will be the one everybody remembers. We also specialize in Indian weddings.
