Their special Men in the Kitchen cookery course is taught by classically trained chef Jeff Thomas who has been a chef for over 40 years. This one day men's cookery course is designed for those who are looking for a fun day, learning the basics of cooking and who want to develop a repertoire of simple yet tasty dishes. Jeff teaches the essentially cookery techniques needed including knife skills, how to roast a chicken, frying a steak, making sauces and making cakes.
