Meetings, Conferences & Parties

Situated in a quiet location, but with close links to Leatherhead, Guildford and Dorking, Preston Cross Hotel is perfectly placed to host your corporate conferences and meetings.

Overlooking the hotel's gardens, the Holmwood Room is ideal for events of up to 300 people, with private access from our large car park. The room can be configured in a number of formats, ranging from "theatre" style for the corporate delivery conference, to "cabinet" style for the larger boardroom and delegate meetings.

We can also stage the Holmwood Room to your requirements, should you wish to hold a party or another event. And we can make suggestions for party planners, florists, discos and live bands.

For smaller events of up to 25 delegates, the Prince Room is ideal. Situated at the front of the hotel, it offers easy access. Natural daylight with down lighting and direct access to the gardens make this room an excellent working environment.

Audio visual equipment is available and the Holmwood Room comes readily equipped with a full public address system and stage lighting. Wireless internet connectivity is also available in most areas of the hotel.

The Bar and Restaurant are easily accessible, offering comfortable and enjoyable hospitality.
