The River Dart Country Park is a campsite with a difference. Onsite and with free access during your stay is our extensive playgrounds, plus Dare Devil activities (at additional cost).

The campsite is rated four pennants with the AA and offers free hot showers and family bathrooms, under covering washing up areas, recycling facilities, tennis court, games room, WiFi, and onsite shop. Dogs are also welcome on site.

The adventure playgrounds have many unique activities including our pirate ship set within its own lake, beach area and palm tree island - sure to keep the children, big and small entertained for hours. There are also snake slides, commando style assault course, wooden play fort, climbing nets, low ropes course and Lilliput a special area for toddlers!



CRS offer Dare Devil Activities - instructor based activities onsite and include - water zorbs, mega zip wire over the lake indoor bouldering, canoeing, kayaking and our adrenalin rush high ropes course which crosses the river, these activities are at additional cost.



Campers and day visitors are invited to enjoy a one-day Adventure Experience. CRS Adventures offers two brand new activities for 2017... 

Adventure days

Pamper Pole - Anything but pampering… climb to the top of a pole while attached to a rope then jump off and attempt to touch a swinging ball. It looks easy when you’re on the ground!

High Beams - Walk along horizontal telegraph poles set high up in the trees. The key word in the last sentence is definitely ‘high’ but you’ll be secured by a rope controlled by the rest of your group!

Rock Climbing - At one of South Devon's premier climbing venues

Caving - Located at Pridhamsleigh caverns. A fun muddy experience great for novice cavers. For every squeeze there is a large chamber waiting for you.

Canoeing / Kayaking - Have a go at navigating canoes and kayaks around our lake & play games to test your skills.

The Park is packed with plenty to do for all ages, so stay and play or set off and explore Devon from a great base located with easy access to Dartmoor and many coastal areas.
