Studio 22 bring a wide range of classes to all ages, abilities and fitness levels! The Studio itself has its very own pole studio, complete with 5 static and spinning x-poles, mirrors and sounds system, a comfy waiting room where you can relax on the sofas or have a game on the wii fit while you wait! The lower dance studio has harlequin dance flooring - recognised as world leaders in advanced technology flooring for dance.


The classes have been designed so you dont have to have any dance experience to enjoy the benifits. Be it ballet, zumba or even pole dance you can be sure you'll find something that gets you moving, having fun and meeting new people.

We have a price of 10 per head which covers 2 hours in the studio

Minimum 6 people

Our fully qualified and insured instructors will help you to master spins, poses and tricks in a 1h 30 min pole dance lesson. All classes will be tailored to you, no matter what your dance or fitness level.

Learn how to put it together into a routine

Photo opportunities and pictures put on to a c.d to take away.

Pole dance/fitness classes: This is possibly the most controversial fitness trend there is, but what better way to have a great laugh, get fit and tone up?

Often people think of half naked, long legged skinny girls in their late teens when you hear pole dancing, but at Studio 22 its very different!. We welcome everyone and anyone, no matter what you age, size or ability. We urge EVERYONE to have a go at this fantastic form of exercise. We have a wide range of classes from beginner courses - where you'll master the techniques of pole dancing, pole cardio - where you'll get a great workout using the pole, pole choreography - learning fun routines each week and many more.


Zumba - Zumba fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba Fanatics achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!


Flexibility Class - If you dream of one day being as bendy as a ballerina or you simply just want to be able to touch your toes then this class is for you. We all know how hard it is to be disciplined and stretch religiously at home, so in the comfort of the studio and overseen by a professional, you can stretch and improve your flexibility at a level that suits you. Each exercise can be customised dependant on level. From beginner to extreme!


Street Dance - Tom's classes are an interesting combination of moves coming from different styles of Hip-Hop such as urban dance, old school locking, popping, boogaloo, new style, house, mixed with some contemporary styles. After years of experience of hip-hop and contemporary dance, Tom has created an exciting and unique fusion where the versatility of contemporary is mixed with the groove of hip-hop, rnb with a little old school and funk thrown in for good measure. Adults classes and kid's classes available


Pilates - Pilates is a complete exercise regime designed to promote good posture and flexibility whilst controlling breathing and toning muscles to attain a leaner firmer body. This is achieved through subtle exercises which are non aerobic and suitable for any age, size and ability. Pilates can help with back pain, osteoporosis, arthritis and joint problems through strengthening of the pelvic girdle and improving posture.


Samba - This high energy class will fuse tradtional samba movements with contemporary styles such as samba rock and samba reggae. This class will give us a peak into the Carnival culture of Brasil.

The hot brazilian beats and strong cuban rhythms will awaken your senses, bring joy to your soul, while helping you feel grounded and connected. Classes open to all levels and abilities
