At the Ritz Banqueting and Conference Suites we are proud to offer the perfect venue for all types of corporate or wedding event, whether it be a small meeting or conference in one of the meeting rooms within the Grosvenor Suite, or a large corporate dinner or party in our stunning Mayfair Suite.

A new, modern and contemporary venue opened in October 2011. featuring state of the art, modern function rooms with a maximum total capacity ranging from 50-600 guests. Mood lighting, overlooking balcony in main function room, 3 bars and newly refurbished. Landscaped garden for champagne parties and car parking on site.

Function Suites

Mayfair Suite

Our main function room has a capacity of 250 guests (or 350 guests if booked with the Berkeley Suite).

With an amazing breath taking centrepiece crystal chandelier, surrounding glass balcony overlooking the room, and state of the art mood lighting, the Mayfair Suite is by far one of the most stunning and contemporary function rooms in the Midlands.

The Mayfair Suite leads out to a court yard and a landscaped garden which provides great photo opportunities and a perfect setting for a champagne reception or outdoor buffet.

Kensington Lounge

Ideal for an intimate champagne reception or private party with its own bar, this room welcomes guests from the main car park and leads into the Mayfair Suite.

Grosvenor Suite

The Grosvenor Suite is perfect for smaller intimate receptions seating parties sized between 15 and 150.

Located on the first floor, with full disabled access, the Grosvenor Suite has its own private bar and reception area. The room can be partitioned off for smaller functions where you want to create a more intimate feel, and is suitable for your civil ceremony as well as your Wedding breakfast and reception.

The Berkeley Suite

The Berkeley Suite is located on the ground floor adjacent to our main function room, the Mayfair Suite.

The Berkeley Suite has a capacity of 100 guests and has its own private bar and lounge area. The Suite has state of the art mood lighting and drop down screen for videos or pictures. Perfect on it’s own, or for your civil ceremony before hosting your lavish Wedding reception in the Mayfair suite.
