We are situated at the edge of Newbury which has great access from all four directions via the A34 and M4. We have four hundred free of charge parking spaces on site and whatever your event we are equipped to provide catering, coffee, bars, a gym, high quality A/V and brilliant staff.

We can run business and social events from boardroom to conference for 200 guests. We also run a good number of exhibitions. Alternatively, we have thirty acres of outside space for festivals, sports events and the like. Our July beach rugby festival for example runs over three days and attracts thousands of guests every year.

As an experienced venue we can respond to your every need with seamless precision. We have endless seating and display options for example including projector, Large TVs, back projection and wireless. We have a sound and video engineer on the team and offer 30GB wireless throughout.
