SMARTsport

An inclusive and challenging new outdoor adventure in active education developing life skills and competencies. With SMARTsport we aim to introduce young people to sport in a different way. Sport is a physical and mental challenge that teaches life skills that cannot always be picked up in the classroom. We will guide the young people through the joy of teamwork, the art of problem solving and the accomplishment through perseverance.

Delivered as an Adventure Experience or series of events, the participants orienteer around a predefined course. Checkpoints around the course challenge and stretch the teams with a combination of mental and physical activities providing a more even playing field. The teams will experience the fun, thrill and challenges of an adventure race, the joy of being a valued part of a team and the self confidence from overcoming these challenges as well as developing core skills and competencies such as leadership, communication, problem solving, trust and integrity, etc

Events and Races

We are proud to offer adventure running events for those who like a challenge, including the Bay2Bae Coastal trail runs (Anglesey) and jAR Adventure running events (Guildford). Look out for the forthcoming dates of the races on our website. The courses are beautiful but designed to be stretching. The routes are steep and tough. You will need to be sure footed and be prepared to get your feet wet – real scenic shockers!
