Become brewers for the day at Southbourne's Brewhouse and Kitchen. Begin the day with breakfast and then enter the pub's micro-brewery and receive a talk on beer making from an in-house brewer. Next, enjoy serious beer brewing and try your hand at making your own beers. Sample some of the Brewhouse's best beers including Prince Ranji, an IPA created as a nod to arguably the greatest batsman of all time and Last Flight which is a tribute to Charles Rolls, the co-founder of Rolls Royce, who tragically had a plane crash in Southbourne. Finish off, by sitting down to a tasty pub lunch. Finish with a question and answer session and receive one five litre keg of the beer each to take away as a tasty souvenir of the day
