Set in the heart of Oxford, The Randolph Hotel offers an elegant and versatile setting for conferences, meetings, private dining, celebrations, weddings and large-scale events. Our dedicated events spaces combine the character of a historic Oxford hotel with flexible facilities designed to accommodate a wide range of occasions.

The Ballroom, our largest event space, can accommodate up to 390 guests theatre-style and 350 for receptions, with the flexibility to host dinners, conferences, award ceremonies and evening celebrations. The space can also be divided into the Ballroom Near End and Far End, providing options for smaller events.

For more intimate occasions, Lancaster offers a versatile setting for up to 60 guests, while The Library, St John’s and Worcester provide private spaces for smaller meetings and gatherings. The Chef’s Table offers an intimate dining experience for up to 16 guests, particularly suited to private meals and celebrations.
