Our modest space at The Somerset Inn is not your average pub. This one-room micropub has no tv screens, fruit machines or jukeboxes. Instead, it's designed with conversation and connection in mind, with low level background music and traditional games to play. We're proud of our South West roots, so we specialise in featuring a variety of ciders from local producers.

Don't worry, we have a lager, pale ale, Guinness and spirits for the non-cider drinkers in your life! We don't have a kitchen, but you're welcome to bring in food from one of Chard's local food establishments - in fact, there's a chip shop right next door! Well-behaved dogs and children are welcome too.

The Somerset Inn fits groups of 15-30 and you can enjoy the space to yourselves, with a bartender, choice of your music, exclusive use of our pub games, and you're welcome to bring your own food.
