Walesby Forest is immersed in 250 acres of parkland which makes it the perfect blank canvas for your next project. We have worked with large scale festivals and events for over 5 years and our team is experienced with events to offer a rare knowledge and insight into our site. We have hosted The Big Fake Festival at Walesby Forest and we host our own firework event, Light up the Night which brings over 4000 people from across the UK to view the spectacle.

Our versatile site comes with everything you need to bring your event concept to life, including outdoor electrical sockets, toilets, and showers. You can also hire our lodges, which make for perfect event control bases. We have worked with numerous festivals and large-scale events, and we also organise our own large-scale events, so you'll be in good hands with our experienced team.
