Open All Media 2019 Call for Entries

As part of our charitable work to support artists the RBSA stages various open exhibitions annually. The Open All Media is one of the most popular and attracts entries from across the UK. It provides a range of artists with the opportunity to exhibit their work and be recognised for their talent. Works in all media except photography are accepted, including: jewellery, ceramics, sculpture, textiles, drawing, painting and printmaking.

The majority of artworks are for sale and are priced competitively, providing an excellent opportunity to find creative gifts or pieces for your home.

Information for artists wishing to enter

Deadline to enter

Entry form, digital file(s) of the piece(s) entered and entry fee must be received by 4pm on Wednesday 30 January.

Selection

All entries must be submitted digitally and will be selected by a selection panel of RBSA Members and Associates.

Private View

The Open All Media Private View will take place on Thursday 14 March, 6-8pm. Speeches are due to take place at 7pm.

Click the link on the top right to download the application pack or send a SAE to the Gallery to request a hard-copy. Please use Adobe® Reader® (free software) if completing the application pack on a computer.

Read through all the terms and conditions in the application pack.

Complete the entry form and exhibit labels.

Return the entry form by the deadline stated in the application pack. We recommend that artists submitting their entry by e-mail do so several days before the deadline to ensure there is time to deal with any technical difficulties.

Pay your entry fee using PayPal (see below), by calling the Gallery (0121 236 4353) to pay by card over the phone, or by paying in person at the Gallery by cash or card.
