Looking for a weekend that nourishes your mind, body, and soul? The Chelmsford Mind Body Spirit & Wellbeing Festival returns to Chelmsford City Racecourse, offering an uplifting weekend packed with inspiration, community, and discovery.

Now in its 10th year, the festival has grown into Essex’s most loved wellbeing event. Saturday & Sunday 6-7 June 2026 – the Racecourse will be transformed into a vibrant hub filled with colour, energy, and positivity.

With 115 stands, there’s something for everyone to explore. Visitors can enjoy:

Live music and performances to lift the spirit

Delicious food and drinks, with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options

The unique spaces for meditation, sound baths and workshop - spaces for moments of peace & joy

A wide range of crystals, jewellery, and natural products

Holistic taster treatments, shamanic healing, and 1-2-1 readings

Inspiring workshops and talks on mindfulness, self-care, nutrition and spirituality

Melayne Stone, reader to the stars, giving trusted wisdom and messages

Clothing stalls showcasing stunning ranges and unique pieces

Workshops & Inspiring Talks are always a highlight, and this year brings back popular sessions such as a sound journey, self-healing, breathwork, meditation, self-development, gong bath and mediumship demonstrations.

Festival organiser Chris Cozens explains the heart of the event:
“We offer people a safe space with healing energy to relax and find peace within their increasingly busy lives, while also fundraising for the amazing local charity, Helen Rollason Cancer Charity.”
