RESET.26 is a free outdoor wellness open day designed to help you start 2026 feeling clearer, calmer and reconnected.

Hosted by PortaSauna at Oaktree Garden Centre, this two-day experience invites you to step into a real wood-fired sauna, slow things down and discover how simple wellness can be part of everyday life at home.

Whether you are completely new to sauna or already love contrast therapy, RESET.26 is about trying it for yourself. No pressure. No sales talk. Just a chance to experience authentic sauna heat in a relaxed, welcoming setting.

Across the weekend you will be able to:

• Use a genuine wood-fired outdoor sauna

• Experience sauna, cold plunge and shower facilities

• Learn how sauna supports mental clarity, recovery and wellbeing

• See how a garden sauna can work in real UK homes

• Ask questions and speak directly with the PortaSauna team

• Take a break from screens, noise and January stress

What to bring:

• Swimwear is required. This is a non-nude sauna event

• A towel to sit on in the sauna

• A towel to dry off after your session

On-site facilities provided:

• Changing rooms
