A history of Theddlethorpe All Saints Church from building, through
attempts by Henry VIII and Cromwell to destroy it, to the present day. There
are many interesting features in the church which a casual visitor would miss,
come and find out what a classical gem we have in our village.
In 1536 Henry VIII said of the people of Lincolnshire: 'How presumptuous then are ye, the rude commons of one shire, and that one of the most brute and beastly in the whole realm and of least experience.'
£3 entry at the door.
Doors open at 7pm, for drinks, sandwiches and snacks.
The talk starts at 7.30pm
