Trinity Kitchen is serving up a fresh taste of summer as a brand-new line-up of street food favourites arrives, bringing bold flavours, exciting firsts and sunshine-ready dishes to the heart of Leeds.

Guests can expand their taste buds and explore Singaporean classics and Venezuelan Arepas plus a doze of American Philly cheesesteaks, wings and more.

This summer, foodie fans can try tasty dishes from Hoi Polloi, Hot Butter, Doles Dirty Bags, Hermanos Caliente and 7 Star Flag.

New to Trinity Kitchen is Hoi Polloi, bringing the vibrant flavours of Singaporean hawker food to Leeds. Diners can enjoy halal chicken dishes including chicken satay glazed in a spicy peanut sauce and a traditional chicken rice set served with chicken broth, a pickle tray and a drink. The menu also features delicious sides such as pak choi, alongside flavour-packed sauces including sambal chilli sauce, while authentic desserts like banana pie and coconut jelly provide the perfect sweet finish to a true Singaporean feast.

Take your taste buds on a trip to Mexico with new vendor Hermanos Caliente, serving up authentic, gluten-free tacos bursting with bold flavours. From saucy birria tacos served with a rich dipping consommé to slow-cooked pork carnitas infused with citrus and traditional Mexican herbs and spices, there's something for everyone. Vegetarians can tuck into the Baja Shroom, featuring crispy buttermilk-fried oyster mushrooms topped with curtido slaw, chipotle ranch and a sprinkling of fresh garnishes for the perfect finishing touch.

Another Trinity Kitchen newcomer is Hot Butter, serving up indulgent American-style comfort food. Guests can tuck into juicy Philly cheesesteaks, crispy chicken wings and loaded fries, with every dish freshly prepared and packed with bold, satisfying flavours.

Returning to Trinity Kitchen is crowd favourite Doles Dirty Bags, serving up its signature Irish-inspired spice bags packed with crispy seasoned chicken, golden fries, sautéed peppers and onions, all tossed together with aromatic spices. Guests can take their pick from a range of delicious sauces to finish their meal, while meat-free diners can enjoy equally flavour-packed tofu or vegan chicken alternatives.

Rounding off the line-up is 7 Star Flag, serving authentic Venezuelan arepas. Packed with South American flavour, the golden corn flatbreads are filled with everything from slow-cooked, tender meats to charred halloumi, creating the perfect handheld bite.

Josie Towning, Food and Beverage Manager at Trinity Leeds, said: “Trinity Kitchen is a place where friends, families and colleagues can come together to discover exciting street food from around the world, all under one roof. We’re proud to continue bringing a diverse mix of flavours to Leeds, from exciting new vendors to foodie favourites that our guests know and love.”

The new street food vendors will be available at Trinity Kitchen from Monday, July 27th until Sunday, 27th September, alongside permanent eateries including Archie's, Pho, Rola Wala, Thatziki and Jerk Junction.
