Creation Theatre presents Alice in Winter Wonderland at North Wall Arts Centre

Alice has questions. So many questions.

Why do we put tinsel on the tree?
Why do we make Christmas pudding?
Why do we pull crackers?

Dad doesn’t seem to have all the answers… but perhaps Wonderland does.

When Alice’s curiosity whisks her away into a spectacular winter wonderland, she discovers a festive world stranger and sillier than she could ever imagine. Join her for a tea party with the Mad Hatter — where everyone must wear a hat — meet a dodo who insists he is definitely not a turkey, and beware the Queen of Hearts, who insists that Christmas traditions must never, ever change. After all, Christmas has always been done this way… and that’s exactly how it must stay!

But the more Alice questions Wonderland’s curious Christmas customs, the more trouble she finds herself in. Can she find her way through a world where everyone has their own ideas about how Christmas must be done — especially when the Queen insists there’s only one right way?

Packed with festive fun, larger-than-life characters, music, laughter and plenty of Christmas magic, Alice in Winter Wonderland is a joyful family adventure celebrating curiosity, imagination, and the wonderfully weird traditions we return to every Christmas.  Perfect for audiences of all ages — come lose yourself in Wonderland this winter.
