F1® Arcade Birmingham joins Negroni Week with new cocktail, ‘Split Second’ at F1® Arcade Birmingham

To mark Negroni Week (21st–27th September), F1® Arcade Birmingham is joining venues worldwide in raising a glass for charity, with its own take on the classic Negroni landing at the bar all week.

F1® Arcade has launched the 'Split Second' – a high-speed balance of juicy strawberry, floral chamomile and crisp Blanco tequila, with sweet vermouth bringing a darker, bittersweet herbal note through the finish. It's built with the poise of a perfectly judged corner: bright on entry, composed through the middle, and smoothly complex at the line.

Founded in 2013 by Imbibe Magazine with Campari as founding sponsor, Negroni Week sees thousands of bars and restaurants worldwide pour Negronis in aid of charity, raising over $5 million to date for the initiative's nonprofit partner, Slow Food.
